NEW PRODUCTS & MODIFICATIONS:
 We are constantly making new and innovative material handling products for our customers.  Since we make our own molds in-house, custom products are possible at a low cost and with a fast turn-around.  Our latest additions are shown below (as well as on the corresponding web pages):
   
   
   
  Announcing the 21st addition to our Poly-Truck line!  Bayhead now makes 21 poly-trucks in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.  Our newest unit is also our largest - 60 bushels.  Overall size is 59" x 53" x 52" tall.  An access notch is molded into one side.  Please see our Poly-Trucks page for more information.
   
  Bayhead's longest box with lid!  We've upped our long-box game by producing a unit that is 103" in length.  Overall dimensions of the molded box are 103" x 5.25" x 4.5" tall.  Includes telescoping lid.  Gray color standard - other colors available at no extra cost for minimum quantities.

  Huge Flat-Topped Pallet - four-way fork entry!  Pallet has an overall size of 60" x 60" x 8" and a standard capacity of 2000 pound.  (Higher weight capacities available and customer colors available.)

  Modified Tilt Trucks with all-swivel Casters!  We can modify our products to match your needs.  This tilt truck was modified with all-swivel casters to allow movement in very tight locations.  Let us know your requirements!
 
  UT-45 Poly-truck with notched side.  Overall size of 70" x 55" x 49" tall including casters.  Molded polyethylene body is mounted on an all-welded steel dolly with 5" casters welded in a corner pattern.  Height of drop-side is 29.5" from the floor of the truck.
 
  LT-86 Large Ribbed Tray.  Overall size of the tray is 86" x 42" x 6".  Ribs molded into the bottom of the tray provide rigidity while also raising contents off bottom surface.  Trays nest inside each other when empty.
 

  KW-9 - Bayhead's (formally) longest container with lid.  Overall size of the container is 93" x 13" x 12" overall height.  The container has a rolled rim and includes the lid.  Truly remarkable size!
 
 

  UT-11 Narrow Poly-Truck.   Overall size of the cart is 55" x 23" x 30" height including 5" casters.  Very narrow cart is able to fit in tight spaces.  Diamond-pattern caster mounting on all-welded steel dolly.
 
 

 
PI-12 Low-height Rolling Cart.  Overall size of 45" x 45" x 18.5" (including 5" casters).  Interior dimensions of 40.5" x 40.5".  Optional plastic lid also available.

 
   

Also available as a low-walled, flat-bottomed container as follows:

PIT-12  -- Overall size of 45" x 45" and bottom ID of 38" x 38".  12" depth.  Lid available.
 

 


  CL-40  --  Nesting Pallet with Rim has an overall size of 40" x 35" x 6" and holds 1500 pounds.  Four-way fork entry.

  MG-26  --  Straight-walled Pallet Container with 4-way fork access.  Overall size of 43.5" x 43.5" x 26".  Includes lid which allows stacking of multiple parts.

   WG-59  --  Tall Pallet Container with 4-way fork access.  Overall size of 48" x 41" x 59" and able to be moved with pallet jack or forklift.  Unique corrugated bottom for extra strength or for draining contents.
 

 
   
  Tilt trucks with Bayne tipper modification  --  Our 5/8 and 1.1 cubic yard tilt trucks in "standard" & "heavy-duty" versions are available modified to work with the Bayne hydraulic tipper machines.  Please contact us for more information.
